Hi Friends,

Presently I am working on Informatica and I have very much eager to skip to Ab Initio.
Please let me know about the following.

what are the diffrent versions numbers of GDE, Co>op (also EME if possible) which have come in market in last few years? Suggest me about the latest version of GDE and Co>op. availabe in market today.

what were the versions before the latest version? Also let me know the major diffrences between the diffrent versions. Please share that too with me.

Thanks
Raj

Ab initio is not as widely used as Informatica.Which i believe is maily due to the lack of proper marketing and its lack of user friendliness.

Otherwise Ab Initio is very capable of handling huge amounts of data. And is probably the best ETL tool for enormous data currently in market. Not sure on how it will pitch against Netezaa though.

Moderated.
