Hi friends,

I want to introduce about new topic i.e Analysis studio.i think max of people will be work on report studio only.am also new for analysis studio.am also in leaning stage.so now i can start with analysis studio.

1.What is Analysis Studio?

A)Analysis Studio is the component of Cognos 8 that you can use for multidimensional analysis and exploration of large data sources.


if any body knows about analysis studio please post the topics.

Using Analyis Studio u can:

-Find and focus on items that are important to your business
-Explain trends and anomalier
-Compare data,such as details to summaries,or actual results to budgeted results
-Assess performance by focussing on the best or worst results
-Establish a relative importance using calculations such as growth or rank
