Hi frens,

Do anyone knows the exact steps for installing and configuring Informatica 7.1.1 on Windows Xp Professional and Oracle 10g database? Please help me out from this..........
I will appreciate if anyone provide the information

Let me ask some questions before going for the answer - 

Have you installed Oracle 10g on your machine or not.......! If you have perfectly did that thing; installation is just folllowing the GUI commands and adding the liscense keys.......!

After that check the services are up or not.....!  Please check both te services are up or not..? 

Then finally configuring the ODBC drivers........! 

It is a bit difficult to explain the step by step process...  If you are stuck up at any instance.., Just give the error message and hopefully we can get resolved with in the other day..
