The official beta, announced at the CES 2009, was made available public download on Microsoft TechNet on 9 January 2009 (Didn't happened so...  Angry) and replaced with a coming soon message. MSDN & Techonet subscribers can download it from 7th Jan.

Microsoft has decided to provide the free initial 2.5 million download (Beta version) limit and make it available to the public until February 10th.  Kiss
