Hi Friends..!

How do you make a workbook read-only. I want the user to be able to use the workbook, drill down etc. But I do not want them to be able to save their changes.

I am using the OracleBI Discoverer Version 10.1.2.2

Hi,
well in the discoverer administrator, under 'tools' and 'privileages', uncheck the 'create/edit query' option under the 'desktop and plus privileges' for that particular user.
hope it is useful.

@Jay,

I think we need to have the admin previliges (on that particular Workbook) to change the access to Read-Only.
And the users can't change the permissions of the other user's workbook.

Thanks for your useful info.
